My AC adapter broke and I ordered a replacement. It said it was in backorder and the estimated shipping date keeps moving. Currently it's 04/14/2020. I need my laptop working soon because of college. How do I contact someone to ask about my order?

During this terrible time I think all vendors including HP must try very hard to get things going. But only God knows. All I can say: Please wait or try
