Every time I turn on my laptop it is always on black screen

my issue with this computer is that it doesn't show the screen when I turn it on and idk if it is because of bios error or a update issue like not installing windows 11 but my screen is black everytime I turn it on and I cant seem to fix it is there any one who can help with this issue?
