Is it possible to exchange my HP Omen 17 Notebook to a same value Omen Desktop? And if it is then how? Is there any solution to do that through support? Thanks for any help!

There is nothing we can do from a forum standpoint.

It all depends on who you purchased from and how long ago.

You will have to ask the seller / store you purchased from.
