Pavilion Power 15-cb084no
Microsoft Windows NT

So basically I bought my notebook in April of 2018. In September my notebooks motherboard burned out without any reason, I was just playing cs: go with Microsoft word opened. I had clear windows, and programs that were secure installed on it such as steam, discord or google chrome. I got my laptop repaired in one month, which is too long I think.  Hp did not give me a new one instead of old, they just put new one motherboard as it was said in a documentary.  After being repaired my notebooks performance and battery life dropt.  Now with about 100cycles, it lasts 10% less than after being wrapped from the package in April. Also, some pixels died in the screen.

The point is that after putting on latest drivers my performance is 30-50% less in games for example in cs: go at medium I had something around 150fps now I have 80!!! So I hope that if u do repair old laptops then test them out before and after. About testing how do things work, in a repair center, they did not even shut down the computer, so when I opened it had cs: go and word on. How you can ever trust to service like that. I bought this laptop from retail store https://www.gigantti.fi/product/tietokoneet/kannettavat-tietokoneet/HP15CB084NO/hp-pavilion-power-15... and they did all they could now this is up to you and your service.

I hope that you will contact your service in Finland and talk with them about this because I think this is not normal.

Also at the next day after service, I found one screw in my USB-port, I thought it was from the table or something but a week ago I saw that one hole where it should be in. So in service, they did not tighten it enough. I hope I get an answer to this one.

Also, I would like to know, do I lose the warranty if I change hard to SSD? and does my motherboard have an m2 slot for SSD?
