My hp victus 15-fa1132tx motherboard is dead. I tried fixing is locally but it didn't work. I also was not able to locate any motherboard at third party repair shops. Finally after searching for a month I gave my laptop to hp service center in pune. I also paid around 12000rs in advance which was more than half of total quotation. I gave my laptop to them on 23rd July. Now it's been more than 1 and half a month I have not received my laptop. They are saying that ordered board is on backorder. I contacted hp support but they are not helping me except me useless repair status again and again which I can get by just contacting service center. 2-3 weeks passed since I contacted their customer support. With recent talks with them I came to know that they are not seriously taking my case. How a such a large company don't have part of their highly popular laptop model anywhere in world. It was my mistake to purchase laptop from hp. Now I feel I am in serious trouble as I have given my laptop to them which is still not repaired and also given 12000rs. I had made post regarding it previously but somehow hp is not allowing me to see that. Please if someone can help me please tell me what should I do.

Finally I got my laptop back after nearly 2 months. I actually got cpu upgrade. My original configuration was i5 12450h but they have installed motherboard with i7 12650h. I think they used another available compatible board with i7 and same gpu as they were not getting exact board for my model.
