hi, i have an  issue that i have gtx 1060 16 gb ram and 2.8 ghz so when i download the game and run it first time the graphics are way cool to 90 fps and 60 fps on gta v and jc3 but when i run them again the graphics are satisfactory but the fps are 10 to 20. If i delete it and install it again the fps are same to 10 and 20. If this happens again i must consider omen a bad gaming laptop
