Hi,

So two days ago when I was playing a game I had an FPS of 140, that night when I turned off my laptop and turned it on the next morning, my laptop was so slow, the fps dropped to 20 or even lower and they are not even rising.  All of my drivers are up to date, I checked GeForce Experience and the latest driver is up to date, I deleted all of the unnecessary files, recycle bins, checked if I have a virus, anti-virus shows me a 95%  'tuned up' speed after a premium cleanup. I don't understand what the problem is, I've never had this problem before and it just happened like a click. I didn't change anything with my graphic card or the processor, it is all like it was before, but the laptop is so slow, the FPS  had dramatically dropped with no reason.

@Patrycja2607 , welcome to the forum.

The first thing that I suggest is updating your BIOS.  Read the page carefully before beginning.  Also, here is a guide that will give you help with diagnosing the problem.  The last thing that you should try is running HP Hardware Diagnostics.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
