Product: HP Victus 15 FA-0032ci

While playing different games, FPS drops by about 50% occur. For example in CS:GO - from 300 to 130 fps, in Atomic Heart - from 140 to 50.

After a while, the FPS returns to normal, but then it goes down again, because of what?

RTX 3050 TI Laptop GPU
SSD 512 GB
16 GB RAM
