Hello,
So i have this HP Omen laptop and it ran pretty well until a few days ago.
In several games, in which i had at least 60 FPS now I've met the issue that is "every 2/3 minutes my Fps drops to 18/20." in different games (PUBG, BF1 etc.).
I have unparked my cores, turned off Game DVR , clear ram every time i start the game and have switched to performance in the NVidia control panel.
Only thing that is left is the temperature, which is in some situations around 90 degrees.
I would like to clean the laptop but since it is prohibited i won't. (to be honest i just don't have a screwdriver that is small enough for these devilisch screws.).
Note: I have met this problem just a few days ago, the laptop was working fine until then.
Have it for about 1 and a half year now.
If you guys would be so nice to help me with some options it would be lovely.

Just clean the vents etc.?
@thanks a lot for the help, @old_geekster.
No, you don't have to open the case to clean what is recommended in the Guide that I provided.

@Gracjan99, welcome back to the forum.
I have read of situations where this was happening and the gamer ran MALWAREBYTES (FREE). It found some threats that when removed solved the problem. You could give this a try.
You can clean the vents on the laptop and use a flat surface to sit it on when playing games. I use a lap-desk which works great. Mine is a bit different than the one in my link, but very similar.

Thank you for the additional information, @Gracjan99.
I don't often recommend using a vacuum cleaner, but if you do, just be very cautious. I would rather see you wait until morning to get canned air, however.
