Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello I just bought a Hp victus with the 3060 gpu and intel i7. When I first bought this laptop I could play apex without touching the settings but a month ago I’ve had to touch every setting so the game is less annoying with the stutter. I have rolled back and updated drivers. I have messed with GeForce experience and the nvidia control panel. I bought this in the beginning of December and I never thought I’d have to deal with this. I will also add that with low settings I get about 130fps and the 99% FPS is 45-65 but when it stutters it drops to 1-7 FPS. The temps are around 80 Celsius. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated I mostly use this for college but when I have time to play a few rounds it would be great if it worked.
