Microsoft Windows 11

Hello HP,

I would like to submit a problem, which has been recently ocurring while I am playing games. After 10 minutes or so of me playing a GPU demanding game, the framerate suddenly drops to 10fps and it stays there for about 2 minutes before returning back to normal. This sudden frame drop repeats itself every 10 minutes. The issue doesnt occur while I play more CPU demanding games like League of Legends or Valorant. My OS, bios and my drives are all up to date. The GPU temperature doesnt exceed 80°C, the CPU averages about 80°C.

I would really appreciate your support.

That is normal, when machine is getting hot, it FPS drops to cool it down a bit then heating up again. Please keep your machine cooler using

As I stated the temperatures dont exceed 80°C, is it really a heat issue? Can I somehow bypass this FPS drop method or is it necessary to buy a cooling pad?
