Hi all,
I bought this laptop like a year +.
Previously i downloaded some game like ring of elysium and pubg tencent, battle royale..
The game have some lag even playing at lowest graphic.
I thought it was my spec problem. i upgraded as below spec now.
Original : I5 8250U
Original GPU : MX150
RAM upgraded : 12GB
HDD : Upgraded to SSD 256, current utilize less than 150GB.
The problem still persist..
Now game i try is Warframe and CS GO, using lowest resolution, and lowest graphic setting.
Once i enter, it works like normal for around 20-30 sec with above 60FPS and it will drop to 2FPS - 10FPS for few sec, and go up to 50-60 and keep recycle.
Thing i did,
- Disable automatic window update (previously it give me problem due to consume CPU utilization and Memory)
- performance plan to max
- upgrade graphic driver to latest version
- disable Window DVR setting (regedit)
- Window performance to maximum.
- I tried update bios but i unable to update it said unable to open bios image
I read quite alot of stuff before i post and all does not give me a solution.
Below sample video as you can see my GPU % of utilization sudden drop to 20% or less and my FPS drop to 5 or less.

Hello @-EK-
How long ago did this start happening? After a certain Windows update?
Have you went into the NVIDIA control panel and tried switching the graphics card used to the NVIDIA card only and not Auto Select... (it might currently be set to Auto Select)?
Will look something like this....
