When I did system extensive test the error I got was

Failure ID 6BTRXV 8N1C1D MFPURG 404A03

Not sure how to fix

Your error message indicates one or more RAM stick failure(s):

Power down your laptop, disconnect your laptop battery, remove RAM sticks, inspect each RAM module/RAM slot for damage/debris, gently wipe each RAM module with dust-free cloth, clean out RAM slots with compressed ("canned") air, refit RAM and restart. If the error persists, remove one RAM module and restart. Replace RAM module and remove the other RAM stick.  The point being is to ascertain which RAM stick may be at fault, so to speak.  Replace defective RAM stick(s).
