Product: Omen

I have a failure ID of GLPS3H-786A4S-MFPURF-608HO3. Anyone know what this means?

Also this is my laptop's 2nd hard drive in half a year, could there be something wrong with the laptop too? Any help is much appreciated.

Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure

 

Assume the HDD is under warranty and ask for a replacement?
