Fan Grinding voice and vibration

Hii, my laptop HP victus is going good suddenly the fan produces grinding sound firstly it was for 5-10 second but now it continuously producing grinding sound and vibration too now. My warranty period is finishing to 18/10. Now I am worry how it fix up. I contact various HP helpline but I didn't receive any satisfactory results. Let see what service centre does. Although there is warranty I don't they charge for it.
