Hi Mate,


I have a 17" omen with the same issue.  I7 8750H GTX 1070 ...


I had a long battle with HP customer support team, my laptop has been in warranty repair, and still the same.


It turned out after long phone calls, IT IS DESIGNED LIKE THAT ... FAN2 is a low speed fan ... I've been told today by HP customer team !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
