Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ive been getting the fan error 90b for quite a while and the problem is only with one of my fans when i turn the laptop both fans start but 5 seconds later the left one stops while the other keeps working ive determined that it isnt the fan because i swapped them and only the left one stopped i dont know what else to do since ive found no answer for this especific problem i would really apreciate the help the model of the laptop is 15-E0013dx

Did you mean the model HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0013dx?

If so, you should be under warranty. You will need to contact HP Support for a claim.

Note: any alterations wont be covered.
