Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi!

 

My fan is nearly constantly on and clearly oudible, even if CPU is below 5% for more than an hour.

 

Is there a way to reduce this?
I have already set max. CPU to 98% and have chosen the "balanced" power option.
