Essentially the fan (on the right, if the laptop was in my lap being used), has suddenly started making a whirring noise, I'm aware both fans are normally not on but this one is on normally but is now making noise (see video below). 

At first I chalked it up to maybe some dirt or dust so I got a spray duster and gave it a clear out, still noisy.. Has anyone encountered this issue? My other thought was perhaps the lubricante on the pin holding the fan had worn and that's what I'm hearing, however I'm reluctant to take it apart until exhausting all other options!

Please ensure you have the latest BIOS installed https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
