I need a help about my laptop have warranty. Its vitus gaming laptop so it have fan problem pls help me to fix it

What kind of issue are you exactly experiencing? Do the fans stop working randomly? Have they simply stopped working completely? Do you have random thermal shutdowns?

 

Make sure to also specify your laptop model number (not your serial number, which should NEVER be public!). The model number looks like this: fa2000nf, fa2080nt, etc.
