Hi @DILEEP2003,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I'm sorry you're facing this issue with your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop. It can be quite stressful dealing with loud fans and Wi-Fi connectivity problems. Let's work together to resolve it.

  • Have you noticed if the laptop gets unusually hot even when performing simple tasks, or does it happen only during gaming or heavy use?
  • Have you recently updated the system drivers or installed any software that might affect system performance?
  • Is the laptop's internal fan clean, or has it been a while since the laptop was last cleaned for dust and debris?

Let's try these steps.

Check for Overheating and Clean Fans:

  • Power off the laptop, unplug it, and carefully inspect the air vents.
  • Use compressed air to clean out dust from the vents and fans. Blocked airflow can cause the system to overheat, leading to loud fans and hardware issues.

Update BIOS and Drivers:

  • Visit HP's support website and download the latest BIOS and drivers for your model.
  • Pay special attention to chipset and Wi-Fi drivers, as outdated drivers can cause connectivity and heating issues.

Reset Network Settings:

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network Reset.
  • This will reset all network adapters and settings, potentially resolving the Wi-Fi issue.

Adjust Power Settings to Reduce Heat:

  • Navigate to Control Panel > Power Options and select a balanced or power-saving plan.
  • In the advanced settings, reduce the maximum processor state to around 80–90%. This can help decrease CPU usage and heat.

Run System Diagnostics:

  • Restart your laptop and press F2 to access the diagnostics menu.
  • Run a system test to check for hardware issues, especially with the fan and Wi-Fi module. If errors are detected, note the error codes.

If the problem persists, the Wi-Fi chip or cooling system might need professional servicing or replacement. Let me know how these steps work for you!
