Omen 17t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Problem started last night at 8pm, both the left and right fans didnt run. Was in a rush so i shutdown the computer by the windows 10 memu bar not forcing it to shutdown. When the computer is turned on both fans start working for at least 4 seconds before the left one shuts off and then the right one shuts off causing the computer to enter an automatic repair loop or the blue screen that says its gonna try to repair. A few months ago it happened twice and I just dusted off everything and it went back to normal however now it's not doing that so I dont know what the problem is or how to fix it.

Welcome to HP Support Community

We can try updating the BIOS for the fan issue but before we can do that we need to get the Notebook to boot back to Windows

I suggest you perform a Reset. Please follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04742289

Then update the BIOS from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/products/

Keep me posted how it goes

Thank you 😊

If you are unable to Reset the Notebook, you will need the Recovery Media to Reset it

If you have not created a Recovery Media, you can contact HP Support to order one.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Thank you
