My laptop isn't over heating or anything, but it is making a lot of noise as of late, i think because of the ball bearings rusting, since I was using compressed air to clean out hte fans and maybe something like moisture came in, or maybe just was not able to clear the fans, what is the fastest way to fix the laptop urgently, since I have class and school and I cannot be going to class with this noisy laptop!

Go to the below site and enter your serial number
https://partsurfer.hp.com
Look for the part you need such as fan, cable, battery, etc.
Once you find the part number you can search the internet for a vendor. Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, all have their own search engines.
I am guessing your fan is HP part number N13304-001. Please verify this
Google shows this selection
There might be better disassembly video on you tube but I found this one

Basically I looked up on HP Parts surfer and I got the fan mode N14087-001
but the problem is on amazon every single fan is showing N18099-001
and the latter is way cheaper as well so I'm inclined to buy that one especially since scarcity, I want to know what I should do.
Also the tutorial shows that I have to remove and get new thermal paste while I am at it!
wanted your opinion!

Looking at the fans I do not see the metal heatsink. It is suspicious that the heat sink needs to be removed to replace the fan,. That would be a bad design. Note that I guessed on the hp fan and might be wrong. Your serial number should get a better match.
You need to match the fan you have to verify the part number. May HP laptops are custom and might have a newer type fan. Best is to look at the fan and try to match the part number to what aliexpress or ebay has. Even if you do not buy from aliexpress or ebay it is useful to verify the fans. Make sure the voltage is current is the same in addition to the part number.
You may want to get estimate from a shop.
