Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0023dx

Recently the Esc and the 2 keys stopped working on my laptop. I had to have a local computer repair store replace the keyboard, not cheap. There seem to be a bunch of reports of these keyboards failing on the internet, will HP ever do a recall on what is clearly a faulty product?
