Product: Pavillion 15-ec1050AX |
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has flashy light horizontal lines. Only 17 days ago I this purchased laptop from Amazon. 

I've restarted the laptop but nothing happens. The vertical lines still appear with grayish appearance. 

Please recommend me a solution what to do next. Should I call the Amazon or Hp service center??

I've the warranty too.

 

Please help.
