I purchased laptop on 02nd August 2021. But when I check the warranty on HP website it showed that the warranty start from 05th July 2021.

I purchased HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk1509TX Laptop. But when I check it using serial number on HP website it showed HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk1000 Laptop PC (244Z5AV).

Worst webcam on laptop.

There is no offer given by HP.

Poor refresh rate (60Hz).

I think HP stole money by fooling people.

It is my worst experience on HP product.

There is an inconsistency in the product search results
it is regular with the new models
if you have bought this model well, then no reason that it is not the case, the problem just comes from the reference which therefore does not correspond to the correct one.
