So my laptop was missing they made a profile for them selves, I guess they factory reset the laptop or something. I was unaware that the police gave me the password for that profile in the paper work. Well I was trying to guess the PW and obviously I failed. Now my laptop has locked itself up asking for an administrator or something else code and I'm sure I had the code written down some where with my important but well hurricane Ian, and Milton made sure that between the two of them I lost every single important piece of paper possible. So I can't remember my administrator password or start up password I don't care if I have to wipe the computer again I just want the computer to function so I can start upgrading it
