Hp pavillion gaming laptop ec1050ax amd ryzen 5 Amd ryzen 4600h

Graphics Memory Problem

So i have hp pavillion 15 gaming laptop and i have gtx 1650 ti and am ryzen 5 4600h, these are my specification. So, my problem is that i am unable to play re village as i used to do when i first bought this laptop everything used to work smoothly but now recently i am not able to play the game even at a decent framerate despite having 1tb storage and 8gb ram, i searched and optimized my laptop as much as possible but still i couldnt acheive a decent fps so i downgraded from windows 11 to 10 but still i couldnt see any changes it seems like windows uses so much ram about 3 gb for system services etc itself and creates this problem, in re village it only shows me 3.85gb something. How can i increase this graphics memory? What is this and is there a possible fix for this let me know, will be grateful. The main thing is it used to work great before i had no problen with same specifications now i see so much lag that cant even play old games and when i start game there is just so much lag which i didnt used to get before and i have done all things upgrading drivers and power plan to ultimate perfomance, advanced system setting to best perfomance etc pls let me know. Thank You
