Fps problem

Hello please help me i bought my victus 16 core i11 and rtx3050 for one purpose to get fps on emulator games but it does not provide stable fps and when i go in my task manager my ryx was working 20% and intel cpu and gpu was performing 30-40% i am not getting fps and game lags please any one help me or tell how to switch to rtx graphic from intel so only that works and i already have tryed so many ways from YouTube e.t.c. but they all failed please help....🥺🙏😭

I want the check your current system configuration.

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> copy/paste to following key/value pairs:

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

BIOS Version/Date

(2) Start windows <device manager>

- Expand <Disk drives>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Monitors>

- Expand <Network adapters>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>
