Hi,

 

I have a HP OMEN 16-B1371TX LAPTOP. Recently, it is frequently crashing on playing games. After few minutes into the game, it will crash. If I lower the game quality settings, it might run for some more time, but eventually crashes.

 

I did all the troubleshottings I could. Installed latest graphics drivers, clean my laptop from a HP authorized service center. Using a laptop cooler pad too. But nothing worked.

 

My HP laptop is still under ADP warranty (3 more months).

 

Can I claim the warranty in this case? Will HP give replacement or refund?
