Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone,
I need help with a display issue on my HP OMEN 15 laptop running Windows 11. When i turn on laptop after the Windows logo during boot, the screen turns black during login, but it displays properly in safe mode. Even installing a new Windows didn't resolve it. Interestingly, the screen blacks out when I try to install graphic card drivers, both new and old ones. Connecting an external monitor works fine, but the laptop screen remains black. Here are my specs:
- HP OMEN 15
- CORE i7 9th gen
- 32GB RAM
- GPU 1660ti
P.S. I've been using thermal metal paste for 2 years.
Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated!
