Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d1 (53F54AV)
When I'm playing any game (least demanding to highest demanding) with my Victus laptop (rtx3060, i7 12700H), GPU wattage drops 80 to 30 for no reason at all. It may accur anytime, even me being AFK. I don't think it's a heat issue. I've tested this issue with MSI afterburner and you can find the screenshots from RDR2. I've tried using another power cable, still same happens so that's not the issue with my laptop. I've updated the drivers from official HP website and HP Support Assistant.
