Product: HP Omen 15 ek0005na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I know the HP Omen 15 ek0005na (I7 and RTX2070 Max Q) support GSync.

But is that only with an external monitor or does the laptop screen support GSync as well

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 39.6 cm (15.6") diagonal FHD, 144 Hz, IPS, anti-glare, micro-edge, WLED-backlit, 300 nits, 72% NTSC (1920 x 1080) installed on the PC. 

That means this model computer support G-Sync.
