HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1050ax

Recently, I began facing frequent application crashes while using my HP Pavilion Gaming 15ec1050ax Laptop, upon closer inspection, I was able to narrow down the error to the GPU(NVIDIA GTX1659 Ti) not processing any load at all, In task Manager, under performance section, The GPU activity is constantly 0%. I have tried re-installing the drivers, Downgrading from windows 11 to windows 10, and also hard resetting the Laptop but nothing has worked so far, The GPU is in working condition since it did not dump the driver updates, and the NVIDIA control panel is accessible as well. At this point I am clueless as to what the issue might be, so kindly help me overcome this predicament.
