Games freezing

I've a HP pavilion 15 bc-513tx with Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 graphics and Intel i5 9300H

All games like FIFA 19,far cry 5,CSGO are freezing.Yes...all the drivers are the lastest ones and the laptop is barely 2 weeks old. I bought this mainly to play and now I'm really disappointed

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

I would think you have a graphics problem or a heat problem when games freeze. Integrated graphics may not cut it when playing these games.

System requirements for FIFA 19 at this (Link).

You can check your PC at this site for different games if so desired.

Well I mentioned I've a 1650 card.Also with the updated drivers.So well

Maybe somebody else can assist.

I avoid Laptops for gaming. Some Laptops run hot or under perform.

Ive never been a fan of the Pavilion series for gaming. I would stick with the Omen series.

See if your laptop has the UEFI Diagnostics option at boot.

With the laptop off, plug the power cord in.

Press the power button and immediately and rapidly tap the F2 key until a menu appears on screen that says UEFI Diagnostics.

It will be the right one if it gives you an option for Component Tests and Extensive Test.

Choose Extensive Test to test everything. This will take a few hours to run.

Let me know the results. The results will be helpful if you need to contact HP Support for a warranty issue.

I've the GPU-Z app too.... it's always at 35 degrees Celsius to around 40-45 before I start gaming
