Games lags al lot while plugged in

Hi, I have a Omen laptop 15 en 0004 running Windows 11. I' ve never had any issue while playing, always had 90 fps stable. Lately, every game have an immense lag, running at 15-20 fps. I updated my Nvidia game experience and AMD drivers, I also put my power save options to max performance. My specs are:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics

GPU: AMD Radeon Graphics

          Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060

RAM: 16gb

I also put the image setting into the nvidia control panel at max performance
