Product: Pavilion 15-bc407tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased pavilion BC 407tx recently. I tried installing a small game but it's not working . It will install but when I try to open it get deleted . I have updated graohigrand bios everything through HP official site. Please help me solve this issue. Thank you

@Prashanth11 , welcome to the forum.

 

It sounds to me like the game may not be compatible with Win 10.  I suggest that you check the developer's website to see what it says.  If the game is installed properly it should not be deleted unless you delete it manually.
