Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b1000 (4Z7T3AV)

good afternoon, I have an Omen 16-b1072 laptop, the problem is that after starting the game within 15 seconds, it stops working. I updated all the drivers, the BIOS too, the operating system was set to win 10\11. No hardware problems were found during the repair. What else can be done?
