Hi
Im very new to PCs so be gentle with me.
My laptop crashed, so I held down the power buttons turn off, but now it will not switch back on.
I tried the take out battery technic, with no luck.
I read something about resetting the bios, but there didn’t seem to be a CMOS battery, so can this be done, if so how?
Cheers

Before reading this, don't try if laptop is under warranty, as i needed to remove the back case,
I managed to start the laptop up, by i think, removing the battery, then plugging back in and starting up.
This just left a black screen and the power button light up, so i read somewhere about holding windows and the B button, until the bios screen appears, then press enter.
All seems to be fine, now.
