Hey there,

I have recently brought this laptop for £1300 to replace my old gaming laptop and i feel like i've made a bad choice..

When i play my games the memory goes to 80%+, The laptop itself sounds like it's about to take off to a flight to Ibiza.. Then If i touch under the laptop it's burning hot!!

 

I would really like some advice on what i'm doing wrong with this laptop.. but i just feel like i have chosen a got a rubbish buy.

 

Please give me some advice 🙂

I'll try to help if I can, but I need your full product number so I know what you have.

Its listed in the HP Support Assistant. Or you can press the Ctrl/Alt/S keys together for the info pop up window.

Also what games are you having issues with?

i've been having the same exact issues, even on all the lowest settings in league of legends my fps can barely stay at or above 30 fps, and every other game doesn't have very good fps either
