Hi everyone!

My laptop went off by itself during gaming. I happens only since this week and before that it works all fine. I bought it in last year September and normally during gaming the pc would be very hot. After shutting off it wont start until a few minutes later. And an error message concerning BIOS (502) will show. I updated BIOS but it is in vail. I also tracked the temp of CPU it is around 90c during gaming, and fan is working. Does anyone encounter this issue before? Thx!

@Zimou To resolve the BIOS (502) error you may want to install the latest BIOS for your device, that said, here's what you need to know about the temperature of your device: Click here (Notice, that your device can take up to 100 degrees Celsius and still be okay as the Tjunction in this link, for details on your product specs: Click here)

To resolve a BIOS issue, install the latest BIOS for your computer. See Downloading or Updating Software and Drivers for HP Computers for more information.
