Hello, first of all I want to apolagize for my bad english but I'm Italian and my english language isn't perfect.
Some days ago I bought the HP Pavillion 15-cb028nl with these specs:
Cpu - i7-7700HQ
Ram - 8 GB DDR4-2400
Graphic Card - GTX 1050 2GB
I bought it principally to use 3D and Video Editing Software, but I expected at least to be able to play very old games like Fallout 3 or Dead Space, specially because I saw reviews and video tests online, and they showed that the computer was able to run even more recent game (like Battlefield 4 or GTA V) . Instead, when I tried to play my graphic card wasn't even able to reach 45 fps in 1080p on Fallout 3 (a 2007 game!) and the same on Dead Space. Sometimes I have stuttering problems even on The Binding of Isaac which is a very light game. I always play with the computer in charge and with the maximum performance settings (I also changed that in the Nvidia Control Panel). Is this normal for my specs or there's something that I can do to solve the problem?
I'm sorry again for my english.

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!
Missing, corrupted or incorrect version of the graphics drive could cause lag, latency or FPS drops. We might be able to resolve the issue by updating the system BIOS and graphics driver. You may download and install the latest Graphics driver and system BIOS update from the following links:
