So, I just got this for christmas. I fully charged it and went to boot it up. and to my surprise, nothing! no fans, no lights (apart from when charging), no sounds, nothing. like it's a brick. and I was wondering what is going on? I've tried the troubleshooting steps where I unplugged the ac and held the button then plugged back in (no removable battery), but nothing will work. please
