Product: HP Omen 15 dc1003
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having issues with my HP omen 15 laptop where after 30 minutes the fps drops to 30 or even lower and causes a lot of stuttering in most games  I've been wondering whats the issue, should I increase my ram or what should I do to help fix the problem

 

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz

Memory: 8GB Ram 

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
