Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0503na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried to open the HP Hub software but it never gets past the opening messages. I have read an early post on this issue but that resulted in a clean install solving the problem, that is not an option for me as I have alot of software installed which would take a very long time to re-install. Is there another way to get this running?
