HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0009ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my hp Pavilion gaming 15 in December 2018, and at first it was working without any problems related to cooling or whatsoever. Then, nearly two months back, problems had appeared; the laptop started to become more and more hot to touch, and sometimes while I am gaming the laptop stops charging the battery automatically, and prompts "plugged in, not charging". Consequently, I had updated the Bios to the last version F.18, and I ran the battery check test and it prompted an error with the battery with error ID "MAGDXG-9419LG-XD7W3G-C0BG03". Also, when I ran the BIOS update I felt the fan running at its maximum, which was not even close to what the fan was operating at while I am gaming.

So, in summary, there are two problem I reckon they may be related the battery problem and the extreme overheating(Can't be even touched) problem. Wish you got me.

With that battery failure code, you need to contact HP Support directly for a warranty issue. There will be nothing we can do on the forum for that.
