So my HP Omen which I've had and been happy with for about two and a half years now randomly stopped running any game besides very low resolution games (like minecraft) randomly one day and I cannot for the life of me figure out a fix. I cannot get 30 frames on games I used to run at max 120 frames and it all happened out of nowhere. I have tried everything I know to try and fix the problems with no avail. I've updated drivers, factory reset the system, reinstall drivers, updating everything, cleaning out my drives, ran virus and scan checks with nothing bad coming up. I am now at the point of wondering if it was a windows update that could have corrupted when installing but wouldnt that fix itself after factory resetting? Im at a loss at this point and Im really looking for help because I love my system (not to mention paid a lot for it). I have even taken it into my local computer shop hoping for them to find the fix but they could not ( but made sure to charge me for the time) Im a college student so sending my computer off for weeks isn't really an option any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Also when is customer support through phone line available? I could not find a number or hours set.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I would suggest performing system factory reset will put the computer back to the original factory settings in this way all corrupted and outdated software will be removed.
While doing the recovery there is an option to back up your personal files. If you have not previously done one now is a good time.
Restoring Files that were Backed Up Using HP Recovery Manager (Windows)You can also contact HP support for assistance. They can remotely access your system to help alleviate difficulties: www.hp.com/contacthp/
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
