HP laptop 15-da1006nk

Hi ! I have a problem with my new HP laptop 15-da1006nk : It is an i7 8th gen laptop with a Nvidia MX130 graphic cards . I have fps problems with this laptop  and couldn't play games  because they are too slow , for example I play league of legends with 15 fps while LOL doesn't require much features. Some games doesn't even work , videos lag very much and sometimes I get sound before image . I tried all the solutions I know , I installed all graphic card drivers , DirectX 12 , microsoft visual ,low graphics in games settings ...

PS : I choose high performance graphic card when I open a game . 

Please I need an answer for this I know it is not a good gaming pc but at least I know these components  run some games with a good performance !

HP 15 series is not a gaming laptop, that said, did you ensure the LOL system requirements are met? If yes, try the below steps:

Use the lowest available game resolution and disable features such as texture, etc or change them to low, to check if that works.

  • Go to Start Menu > click on Settings.
  • Type performance > choose Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows. 
  • In the new window, go to the Visual Effects and select Adjust for best performance.
  • click Apply and ok...this should do the trick.

If the issue persists, The best way to resolve the issue is to follow the suggestions of the HP Guided Troubleshooter:

Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).
