I have been on hold for 30 minutes! My nephews laptop will not power up (power light and keyboard light up). It broke 3 days after the warranty expired. My sister-in-law called and rep basically said too bad. I expressly purchased this computer due to HPs reputation. I am somewhat concerned that they may have dismissed my sister-in-law's request because of her heavy accent.
Since the serial number is our of warranty, I cannot find any way to contact support on their website. Very frustrating. Any suggestions by anyone?

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
