I'm really need to decrease my CPU turbo boost and also I need to decrease reserved RAM, but for do this, I need to unlock ADVANSCES in BIOS. How can I unlock advances in my BIOS? (F.12 Rev.A)

Unfortunately no options for you to overclock your machine or increase VRAM in BIOS. Advanced options are disabled
